The weight lifting worm bag design—and its challenge as a multi-athlete training tool—is the uneven distribution of weight. Each Worm features a 12” diameter cylinder with an exterior shell and internal fillers made from durable nylon material . The six filler bags are weighted incrementally at 55LB, 60LB, 65LB, 70LB, 75LB and 80LB, and are separated by five 6LB spacers.
